The Senior Director of Customer Success Strategy at Spring Health will architect and continuously refine the operating model—tools, data, programs, and communications—that enable Customer Success teams to deliver measurable member and customer outcomes at scale. This cross-functional leadership role partners with CS leadership, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Product to drive predictable retention and expansion while improving executive engagement and platform adoption. The position is full-time and based in NYC with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week onsite.
