About this role
The Retention Manager at Dow Jones is responsible for lowering subscription churn and improving customer retention across The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and MarketWatch brands. The role reports to the Senior Director, Retention and partners cross-functionally across the subscription marketing funnel. The position is based in NYC and requires in-office presence three days per week.
