The Senior Director, Product Management — Direct-to-Consumer is the strategic owner of Transcarent’s consumer product vision and product-led growth strategy, accountable for shaping the DTC business and ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals. This executive will define long-term roadmaps, establish growth frameworks and experimentation systems, and partner with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Clinical, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive coordinated growth outcomes. The role includes leading and scaling a high-performing product team to deliver personalized, AI-enabled consumer experiences across the product lifecycle.
