The role focuses on hiring across AI/ML research, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams while establishing recruiting infrastructure and maintaining strong ties to the SF Bay Area AI community. This is a hands-on individual contributor position that combines strategic partnership with operational execution to attract high-quality, research-focused talent.
