The Senior GTM Recruiter at Notion is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for key Go-to-Market teams, including Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Sales. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to design structured hiring processes, conduct market research, and utilize data to influence hiring strategies. The recruiter will also coach hiring managers, ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience while navigating complex searches in a fast-paced environment. This position is hybrid, based in the San Francisco office, with required in-office work on designated Anchor Days.
