The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Operations at reAlpha will lead cross-functional efforts to unify the customer journey across Realty, Mortgage, and Title, reporting to the COO. This hands-on, high-visibility role focuses on diagnosing operational friction, designing scalable solutions, and aligning teams, systems, and KPIs to improve customer experience and efficiency. The role partners closely with Product and Technology to deliver automation and tooling improvements and drives strategic integration and transformation projects from concept through execution.
