The Sr. Office Coordinator will support the Boston Hub as part of Klaviyo’s Global Real Estate Ops team within the Finance organization, helping create a welcoming and efficient workplace for employees and visitors. This role reports to the Manager of Office Operations and Facilities and partners cross-functionally with IT, People Operations, Employee Experience and other teams. The coordinator will help maintain office standards, support onsite programs and assist with space and vendor coordination. The position emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and the responsible adoption of AI tools to improve workflows.
