About this role

The Senior Operational Excellence Consultant leads operational readiness and implementation initiatives for new products, services, and capabilities within the Customer Success organization. This role partners cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Integration, and Client Success teams to assess impacts, develop scalable operational practices, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of new offerings.
