A Senior Product Designer focused on AI and conversational experiences, responsible for shaping AI-driven chat, trip planning, and support flows across Agoda’s platforms. The role partners closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to set UX strategy, drive complex initiatives, and ensure conversational experiences are intuitive, scalable, and user-centered. This is a hands-on position within the Design team influencing product strategy and cross-functional delivery.
