About this role

The Senior Manager of SDR Enablement leads the strategy and execution of global enablement programs to ensure SDRs have the skills, messaging, processes, and tools to generate high-quality pipeline and deliver consistent prospect experiences. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement, the role partners cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and PMM and operates at both strategic and hands-on levels. The position starts as an individual contributor and is expected to scale into a leadership role as the company grows.
