Senior Talent Partner (GTM)

The Senior Talent Partner (GTM) will build and lead the US hiring function for Sona, an AI-native workforce management platform, as the first dedicated talent hire in the region. This role involves owning the end-to-end hiring process for go-to-market and other roles across New York, San Francisco, and Austin, while laying the foundation for the US talent and people operations. The position requires a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and the ability to innovate using AI to enhance hiring speed and quality in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
