Senior Tier 1 Engineer

Digicel is seeking an experienced technical practitioner to serve as the senior escalation point within the Tier 1 function, handling complex front-line intake, diagnosis, restoration, and customer communication for the business customer and managed-services portfolio. The role involves leading technical troubleshooting, supporting major incidents, and providing coaching and quality oversight to strengthen Tier 1 execution. This position requires strong operational ownership and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure service availability and contractual commitments are met.
