The Software Engineer, Robotics will join Wayve’s Japan-based Application Software team to localise and advance the company’s autonomous driving technology for the Japanese market. The role focuses on integrating, validating and optimising an MPC-based trajectory controller and AI software stack on new vehicle platforms to ensure safe, reliable, high-performance driving. It sits at the intersection of controls, systems integration and applied machine learning and involves close collaboration with robotics, ML and vehicle engineering experts.
