This role is a customer-facing technical position focused on guiding enterprise customers in Japan through the full lifecycle of adopting Zilliz's vector database and related AI data infrastructure. The position owns technical discovery, solution design, and implementation while serving as a bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams. It also contributes to scalable best practices, technical enablement content, and long-term customer relationships. The role is based in Tokyo and supports the growth of Zilliz within the Japanese enterprise market.
