The Solutions Manager at Maven is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers, driving technical win rates, and standardizing a repeatable proof of concept (POC) playbook. This role includes overseeing pre-sales technical strategies, managing program efforts for non-strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective collaboration with Sales, Product, and engineering teams to achieve rapid customer deployment and engagement at the executive level. The Solutions Manager will also focus on hiring and enabling top talent while acting as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders.
