Sous Chef

The Sous Chef at Camellia at Deerwood is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high‑quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. The role reports to the Dining Services Director and includes duties such as inventory control, menu planning, and supervising kitchen staff in the absence of senior leadership.
