Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will support culinary leadership in overseeing daily operations across the hotel's restaurant, banquet, in‑room dining, and other food‑and‑beverage outlets. The role involves supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, managing inventory and costs, and providing hands‑on cooking support as needed.
