Sous Chef

The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in developing menus and managing kitchen operations, staff, and off-site events. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen functions, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and providing leadership and training to production and catering staff. The position requires maintaining efficient kitchen workflows and stepping in as the Chef when necessary.
