About this role

The Senior IT Service Desk Specialist provides advanced technical support to internal staff, consultants, offshore resources, and external partners at Protective Life’s Chesterfield, MO location. The role combines phone-based help desk work with onsite responsibilities such as new hire technology onboarding, meeting room A/V support, and hardware/software lifecycle tasks. It is positioned within the Core Services IT team and includes participation in an on-call rotation with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work. The specialist is expected to act as a subject matter resource and mentor for other team members.
