Stewarding Supervisor

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees daily operations of the stewarding department in a hotel, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. The role leads and trains the stewarding team, manages inventory and supplies, and collaborates with kitchen, food & beverage, housekeeping, and engineering departments to maintain standards and control costs.
