Summer & Fall Extern Candidates

Skytop Lodge is seeking dedicated and creative culinary externs for summer and fall positions to assist the Executive Chef with menu preparation, banquet events, and new menu item design. This role offers students a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the culinary arts and baking and pastry fields, with potential for full-time employment after graduation. The extern will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food service.
