The Associate – Customer Service (T2) is a service center representative responsible for delivering timely, accurate support to participants via phone and web chat following Go-Live/Certification. The role explains complex client plans and provisions in a simplified manner to help participants make informed decisions and drives first-call resolution. The position supports multiple clients/domains, adheres to client and internal SLAs, and creates positive participant experiences through knowledgeable, confident service.
