Team Lead Programmatic Support Engineer

The Team Lead for Programmatic Support Engineers will lead and scale a technical operations team that supports DSP, SSP, and other platform integrations across Unity’s ad exchanges. The role focuses on defining priorities, ownership, and operating standards while collaborating with Product, Engineering, BI, and Account Management to reduce friction and unlock growth. This position has high visibility across Unity’s programmatic ecosystem and directly impacts revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction.
