Team leader - Customer Acquisition - Kochi

This role is responsible for driving the sale of EDC/swiping devices to merchants across multiple locations in Kochi, Kerala, as part of Paytm’s Client Acquisition team. The position involves building and leading a field sales team, expanding the merchant base, and supporting Paytm’s mission of bringing more Indians into the digital payments ecosystem. The role sits within a fast-growing, data-rich fintech environment focused on payments and financial services. It requires significant on-ground presence, market understanding, and strong relationship-building with merchants.
