The Telephony Operations Manager leads telephony strategy and technical capability within the Planning, Optimisation, Telephony & Strategic Ops (POTS) team to support Customer Market Operations. The role is accountable for end-to-end telephony systems including voice, dialler, SMS and IVR, and partners with internal teams and external providers to enable digital uplift and operational performance. This position focuses on driving innovation through data, automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and cost outcomes.
