The role identifies gaps between product behavior and agent execution, translates those insights into usable documentation and self-paced training, and partners with tools, automation, and support leadership to ensure issues are resolved at the right level. The analyst also maintains and updates materials as product and workflows evolve and feeds recurring issue insights into operational planning.
