Center For Youth
The Center for Youth is seeking a Transitional Navigator to support youth ages 14-19 who are at risk of dropping out of school, involved in the juvenile justice system, or experiencing homelessness. This community-based role focuses on delivering restorative justice programs, providing case management, and offering social-emotional support to help participants overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. The position requires strong crisis response skills and the ability to coordinate with various community programs.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
