An Unreal Engine Technical Artist at 42dot is responsible for solving technical challenges within a real-time engine environment and establishing a strong technical foundation for the product vision. This role involves designing and implementing Material, Shader, and Blueprint systems, optimizing graphics for embedded systems, and collaborating with artists to ensure high-quality visuals and performance standards in IVI environments. Additionally, the Technical Artist will automate production pipelines and conduct performance tuning considering GPU, memory, and resolution constraints in automotive applications.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist or in real-time graphic development
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine-based Blueprint, Material Graph, Niagara
- Experience in vehicle lighting, animation, and material system construction
- Experience in engine optimization including LOD, Nanite, Shader Complexity, Light Cost
- Understanding of rendering structures and characteristics of Embedded platforms such as AAOS, iOS, Android
- Experience in graphic optimization in Mobile/Embedded GPU environments
