The Vice President, Employer Business Group Development and Sales will lead expansion of a new employer-focused business group and platform that provides employers, brokers, and advisors with actionable insights into healthcare spending, cost management, and benefits customization. The role partners with the General Manager to establish and lead channel and direct sales efforts targeting self-funded employers, brokers, captives, and advisors.
