Xpert Supervisor

The Xpert Supervisor at TaxAct leads daily operations in a fast-paced tax preparation environment, training and mentoring staff to provide expert guidance and advice on tax-related questions. This role involves monitoring agent performance, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and facilitating process improvements to enhance customer service. The supervisor also handles escalations, conducts quality assurance, and supports the TaxAct Xpert Assist program.
