An Account Development Representative (ADR) at Samsara is an early-career sales role focused on developing into a closing Account Executive through on-the-job and formal training. The role is responsible for sourcing pipeline for Samsara’s EMEA business and will be based remotely in select European countries while working CEST hours. ADRs are enrolled in a multi-level development program (ADR I–III) designed to accelerate progression within the sales organization.
