Arize is hiring a Solution Architect, Partner Development to grow and manage relationships with System Integrators and hyperscalers, acting as both a technical leader and sales partner. The role blends deep product and AI/ML domain knowledge with partner-facing responsibilities to enable joint go-to-market programs, technical enablement, and successful deployments. This position operates within the solutions organization to drive partner-led revenue, orchestrate proofs of concept, and scale partner competency.
Arize AI is a managed AI engineering platform for building, evaluating, and continuously improving AI agents and LLM applications. Its flagship product, Arize AX, provides end-to-end agent observability, tracing, online evaluations, and continual learning workflows to help teams monitor and improve production AI systems. Arize also offers Phoenix, an open-source observability and evaluation tool built on OpenInference and OpenTelemetry standards, used by AI engineers to trace, debug, and evaluate AI applications locally or self-hosted.
