The Analyst - Customer Service (T3) represents Alight’s Service Center, delivering timely and accurate customer support via phone and web chat. This post–Go-Live/Certification role communicates client plans and provisions to help participants make informed decisions and support first-call resolution. The position reports to an assistant manager and may be aligned to multiple clients across various domains, contributing to positive participant experiences and adherence to client/internal expectations.
