This role leads and grows Pigment's Business Development Representative team to generate qualified pipeline for the Enterprise Sales organization. The position is responsible for overseeing team performance, hiring and developing BDRs, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. It collaborates closely with Sales leadership, Growth, RevOps, and Marketing to refine prospecting strategies and analyze campaign-driven pipeline. The job is based in San Francisco within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
