About this role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PointClickCare is responsible for building pipeline for new and existing customers in the electronic health record space. The role focuses on attracting and qualifying prospects and setting discovery meetings for Account Executives to support revenue growth. SDRs receive structured onboarding and training on PointClickCare’s solutions, industry, and sales methodologies. This position serves as an entry point into the sales organization with strong coaching and mentorship from the SDR Program Manager and team.
