Carrier Enterprise
The Carrier Operations Leadership Program is a three-year rotational opportunity designed to develop future operations leaders through hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions. Associates will complete three 12-month rotations at various U.S. locations, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, strategic sourcing, and lean manufacturing principles. The program provides mentorship from operations leaders and aims to build a cross-functional network while preparing participants for impactful careers within Carrier's global business units.
