The Commercial Account Executive will sell Culture Amp’s employee experience platform to organizations up to ~1000 employees as part of the Commercial team, working closely with Customer Success to drive adoption and value. The role focuses on creating scalable customer relationships and supporting Culture Amp’s mission to enable companies to be #culturefirst. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to the Chicago, IL office and the position is structured as an OTE role with base plus variable pay.
