The Compensation Manager will partner with R&D (Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science) to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain technical talent. This strategic advisor role supports leaders and HR Business Partners on benchmarking, job architecture, equity compensation, and pay equity analyses. The role shapes compensation philosophy and guides annual/mid-year cycles, offers, promotions, and leveling decisions. It reports to the Sr. Director, Compensation and collaborates across the broader people team and cross-functional partners.
