Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter at Vendelux is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for both Go-To-Market and Technical roles during a period of high growth. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies, sourcing and assessing candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will also track pipeline metrics and maintain an understanding of the company’s culture and values to effectively pitch opportunities to potential hires. The position requires 3-5 years of recruiting experience in tech environments and demands strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
