About this role
Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Cost Controller to oversee food and beverage costs across all restaurants and provide financial tools and analysis to ensure budget compliance. The role partners with culinary and restaurant leadership and reports to the Food & Beverage Director while liaising with Purchasing and Finance. The position is based onsite in Paris.
