Cook

A cook in a healthcare or long-term care setting is responsible for preparing meals, maintaining the kitchen in a sanitary condition, and assisting with meal service, all while following safety standards and dietary requirements. They work in cooperation with staff and may supervise in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
