Court Interpreter

Under supervision, this as-needed position performs a wide variety of language interpretation activities for the California Superior Trial Courts and related parties. The role involves interpreting verbal and written materials in English and Mixteco during court proceedings, sight translating documents, and accurately conveying meaning without editing or summarizing. The position requires travel within the county and adherence to strict interpreter ethics and standards.
