The Onboarding Specialist is the first human connection for new PushPress clients, responsible for guiding them through initial setup and accelerating time to first value. The role focuses on client education, product adoption, and ensuring a smooth launch of PushPress products (Core, Train, and the Branded App). This individual contributor position sets the tone for long-term client success and helps reduce early churn.
