About this role
The Customer Operations Specialist Loyalty is an entry-level role within Shell Business Operations that delivers frontline, customer-facing support for Retail Loyalty and general public customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. The role is part of the Order-to-Delivery journey and focuses on ensuring a high-quality, consistent customer experience while supporting digital/self-serve channels and maintaining accurate customer data. It also acts as a Shell brand ambassador and supports operational testing for digital and IT changes when required.
