The Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager at UpGuard partners with customers to ensure they realize value from UpGuard’s cyber risk posture management platform. The role focuses on guiding customers from onboarding through deployment, tailoring solutions to their risk management frameworks, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships. This position works closely with internal teams to share customer insights and support product and commercial opportunities. It is fully remote, supporting customers across multiple regions while being based in Miami-eligible US states.
