About this role
The Customer Success Manager at Alpaca partners with B2B clients from contract signature through renewal to ensure positive outcomes and successful use of Alpaca’s brokerage and crypto APIs. This role supports enterprise customers launching trading apps for US securities and crypto and reports to the Director, Success. It is a remote position working EMEA hours and aligns closely with Alpaca’s mission to open financial services to everyone.
