About this role

The Scaled Customer Success Manager for SMB accounts at Fleetworthy is an individual contributor within the Customer Experience organization responsible for driving scalable engagement across a large portfolio of small and medium business customers. The role leverages automation, strategic programs, and data-informed insights to improve customer health, increase retention, and identify expansion opportunities. The CSM partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support and supports both one-to-many and one-to-one engagement to cultivate brand advocates.
