The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for a regional book of SMB restaurant customers, focused on early customer journeys and driving long-term retention. This role partners cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Care, and Services to scale customer success, increase product adoption, and grow SaaS revenue. The position is based in Dallas, TX and contributes to building a scaled Customer Success model while advocating for customers internally.
