The Customer Success Manager at Total Expert owns strategic relationships with mid-market financial services customers to ensure they realize maximum value and ROI from the Total Expert SaaS platform. The role focuses on understanding each customer’s ecosystem and business goals to guide platform usage and align solutions with their objectives. It involves managing a portfolio of accounts, supporting revenue growth, and helping financial institutions better serve their end customers. The position is remote for candidates outside Minnesota and hybrid (three days onsite) for those based near the St. Louis Park, MN office.
