The Customer Success & Renewal Manager (Team Leader) for the Scale segment leads a team of 6-8 Expand/Renewal Executives covering LATAM, Europe, Middle East and Africa, overseeing a high-volume book of roughly 120–140 accounts. The role’s primary mission is safeguarding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through retention and identifying expansion opportunities while leveraging Celonis’ partner ecosystem and digital engagement tools. The position sits within the Customer Success & Renewal Management function of the Sales organization and focuses on driving scalable, low-touch retention motions across the territory.
